Agar dum hai toh real account see aaye na – Shami dares troll after Arshdeep Singh’s incident

India’s unbeaten run in the Asia Cup 2022 ended as they lost their first game of the Super 4 stage to Pakistan by 5 wickets. Indian fielding was not upto the mark, with Arshdeep Singh dropping a simple catch of Asif Ali, which proved costly. He scored 16 runs off 8 balls for the Men in Green.

Following the match, Arshdeep was abused on social media, with some fans making unwanted comments. Wasim Akram, Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli came out in his support soon after the contest.

Mohammed Shami, who had faced a similar situation after the ICC T20 World Cup match against Pakistan, has shown solidarity with Arshdeep. In an exclusive interview with Times Now, Shami dared the trolls to write from their real accounts instead of hiding behind someone’s back.

“Agar dam hai toh real accounts se aaye na, fake account se toh koi bhi msg kar sakta hai,” he said.

“They only live to troll us as it is their only job. When we perform well, they don’t show up, but the moment something goes wrong, they are out in large numbers,” he added.
