Pakistan’s pacers were breathing fire in the last Super 4 stage game against Sri Lanka.
Mohammad Hasnain and Haris Rauf bowled over 150 kph, leaving the Sri Lankan batters in a state of shock.
Former India player and one of the leading commentators, Sanjay Manjrekar, couldn’t believe the pace generated by the two fast bowlers.
He said that it seems the game is happening in Perth, which has the fastest pitch in the world.
“It is looking like a Test match is happening in Perth. The pacers are bowling over 150 kph and the bounce they are getting is unbelievable,” said Sanjay Manjrekar.
Meanwhile, it was not a good day for the Men in Green batters as they put just 121 on the board in 19.1 overs.
For Sri Lanka, Wanindu Hasaranga took three wickets, while Mahesh Theekshana and Pramod Madushan added two wickets each, respectively
Earlier, Sri Lanka won the toss and invited Pakistan to bat first at Dubai International Stadium.
